As reported by etimes, the talented filmmaker on reaching a significant milestone on OTT said, " There are 3 reasons behind this celebration, firstly this is my first outing on OTT to make a film and not a web series. Secondly, the subject that I have taken was complex, we shot the entire movie with a story curated between two families and one house. Thirdly, every artist, every crew, and every member from Zee5 and Zee Studios have worked hard on this one. I want to celebrate this milestone with all of them and for all of them."
Subhash Ghai Shares His OTT Debut Experience Also, he shared his experience with OTT as his debut, "I come from a place where we need to showcase everything larger than life on a 70mm screen with 6 tracks but OTT doesn't work that way. You are more accountable to the audience. There is more authenticity on OTT platforms, people are attuned to a 'real' perspective here. It was a new experience for me. I am thrilled and delighted that the audience accepted its open arms."
36 Farmhouse's Plot
Padmini Raj Singh, a wealthy old lady, is the subject of the story. Her eldest son, Raunak Singh, is the beneficiary of her will. He is now the sole owner of the farmhouse and the surrounding land. However, things take a sudden turn when her other children, Gajender and Birendra, fight for an equal share of the property.

'36 Farmhouse,' directed by Ram Ramesh Sharma and produced-written by Subhash Ghai, is based on the concept of 'Some Steal For Need, Some Steal For Greed.' The plot revolves around a family drama, with the farmhouse serving as the focal point. The film continues to receive positive reviews due to its acclaimed starrer, which includes social media personalities like Barkha Singh, Sanjay Mishra, Vijay Raaz, Ashwini Kalsekar, and Amol Parashar.
